Mount Mudeung, turning the reddest before being swallowed up by darkness is expressed. The sunsetting sky turning orange from yellow, and the mountain reflected in that sunlight express the sunset sensuously. This work shows the process of change in the 1970s and 1980s, in which the artist simplified shapes into wide color fields, immersing himself in subjective expression beyond reproduction of a subject.
