Koo took advantage of his participation in《Six Perspectives, Photo Exhibition of the Masterpieces from the Gwangju National Museum》to photograph five artifacts from the collection of the Gwangju National Museum. The series introduced in this exhibition is the moon jar photographed at the time. The moon jar of Gwangju with a nearly perfect round shape, shows off its gentle and delicate curves. In the work that shows the moon jar on the bright side, a convex volume is emphasized, whereas in the work showing the moon jar on the dark side, the outline of the curve is visible at a glance. By placing two contrasting works side by side, like a brightly shining moon and a total eclipse of the moon obscured by the sun, the artist shows the harmony of yin and yang.
