The objects and images that Koo collected and observed over a long period of time are introduced in this exhibition. Some objects have already become objects of art, while others are waiting to become works of art one day. For example, a dried plant that could not be thrown away because of roots that retain the time dead, and a red cup with countless red pencil marks that the artist accidentally found in a cafe. Objects that have not received attention gain new value as works of art through the process of photography and printing, and reveal their presence to the visitors. Along with the objects, various portraits of people that the artist has taken so far, as well as various images collected while researching to take portraits, are displayed. The artist has always collected old fabric and paper with different textures. His delicate perspective on these flat textured surfaces becomes the basis for creating the uniqueness of the works. In addition, polaroid photos taken of and are displayed together, allowing visitors to fully experience the moment captured with a 4 by 5 inches large camera. Polaroids, which have been around for nearly twenty years, already show fossilized moments with traces of time.
